Tuition is to be paid in nine equal payments on or before the first day of each month. The first payment is due September 1st and the last payment is due May 1st of the following year.  A 10% late fee will be assessed on all payments not received by the 10th of the month. A tuition discount is offered for early full year or semester payment. 

 

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $220 will be paid upon acceptance for admission.  This fee is paid each year for all students; it is not included in the tuition payment and is not refundable.  A place is reserved in a class for a student only upon receipt of the registration fee.  A testing fee of $45 for new students entering in grades K-6 must be paid before the day the student is scheduled for testing. The testing fee is non-refundable.

 

No report cards will be issued nor will records be transferred until financial obligations are satisfied. As long as a student is enrolled, tuition is payable whether or not the child is attending classes.

 

Tax Credit Tuition Assistance

Members of the community are invited to direct their tax dollars to support our school.  We are privileged in Arizona to be able to receive dollar for dollar tax credits through local STOs.  The process is very simple and donations go directly toward a child's tuition, making a lasting impact for the students, families, as well as the community.  We participate in and accept scholarship and tuition assistance money from the following organizations: TOPS, School Choice of Arizona, and ACSTO. Please contact the office for more information regarding how you can apply with these organizations.

 

School Uniforms

Uniforms are required for each school day and program.  Please see the office for specific uniform requirements.  

 

Books and Supplies

Books will be supplied by the school at no extra charge, provided they are reusable at the year's end. An initial kit of supplies, together with their normal replacement, will also be furnished by the school. Charges will be made for damaged or lost books and materials.

 

Insurance

An accident insurance policy will be provided by the school for each student enrolled.
