YEARLY TRADITIONS & SCHOOL CALENDAR

Visitation Week

April/May

Each year in the spring during visitation week, parents and visitors are invited to "drop in" to classes at any time without an appointment. Children eat picnic lunches outside all week under the canopy of beautiful olive trees. Parents may bring special lunches to share with their children outside and may enjoy the company of other families.  The culminating event of the week is the school Open House. Our open house begins with a musical presentation in the chapel and is followed by a tour of the classrooms to see student work on display.

Open House

Early May

Our school is open and student work is on display.  Visitors are welcome to explore classrooms, examine student work and ask questions as teachers and staff are present to explain what Trinity is all about. The text books we use are on display as well.  You are welcome and encouraged to come and see what makes Trinity unique and such a wonderful place to learn!  See the calendar at the right for this year's date.

Graduation

May

Year after year grateful graduates return to Trinity with smiles on their faces and stories to share about how in their childhood, Trinity helped to lay a foundation for their future. Parents seeking a school to come alongside them in fostering a love of learning and of God, need look no further than Trinity Christian School.

Student Presentations

Throughout The School Year

In an effort to remember and honor God's faithfulness to our nation and founding fathers, each year for Thanksgiving, students perform in a variety of genres emphasizing poetry, drama, and song.

Christmas is a highlight of our school year; the student body presents an evening program entitled "A Festival of Seasons and Carols."

Additionally, near Valentine’s Day, the students have opportunity to recite memorized poetry and afterward we serve punch and cookies.

In April every year, students present - from memory - long passages of scripture that they have worked on memorizing throughout the year.  This is a remarkable presentation as some of the passages are 10 to 12 verses long.
